Attack on house in Kech, condemnation resolution passed in Balochistan Assembly, financial assistance announced

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has termed the deadly attack on a residential house in the Blida area of Kech district a “sad and cowardly act,” calling it “open terrorism” and vowing to pursue its perpetrators.

Addressing the Balochistan Assembly today, the Chief Minister stated unequivocally that targeting innocent women and children is an open act of terrorism.

He gave a firm assurance that the elements involved in this deadly incident would be brought to justice.

In addition to the strong condemnation, Mr. Bugti also endorsed the support for the resolution passed in the assembly condemning the attack.

The provincial leader also announced that financial assistance will be provided to the families of those who lost their lives in this violent incident.
