Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammed Ishaq Dar, on Monday stressed the urgent need for de-escalation in a high-level telephone call with Bahrain”s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani, concerning a rapidly developing regional situation.
During the conversation, the two top diplomats conferred on the swift-moving developments currently impacting the broader region.
The Deputy Prime Minister particularly emphasised the critical importance of concerted efforts aimed at advancing peace and stability throughout the area, calling for measures to reduce current tensions.
Both ministers concluded the discussion with an agreement to maintain close communication as the situation continues to evolve.
