3 Suspects Arrested for Selling Mawa on Moving Motorcycles in Korangi, Karachi

In Korangi, on Saturday morning, law enforcement officers, acting on directives from senior police leadership, arrested three individuals in separate operations targeting the illegal distribution of harmful gutka, mawa, and drugs.

Under the guidance of SSP Korangi Fida Hussain Janwari, officers of Awami Colony Police Station, led by SHO Syed Adnan Bukhari, successfully carried out two different operations. In the first incident, two suspects, identified as Abeer and Muhammad Ali, were stopped while selling gutka mawa on a motorcycle in the I-Area of Korangi No. 5. A large quantity of the prohibited substance was seized along with their motorcycle, which had registration number KQH-7469.

In the second operation, Masroor, son of Badaruddin, a well-known supplier of controlled substances, was taken into custody. During his arrest, authorities recovered 530 grams of hashish.

Following these successful raids, SHO Syed Adnan Bukhari has initiated individual legal proceedings against the alleged culprits.
