Two unidentified bodies recovered from the Indus River in Hyderabad, identities not established

Two unidentified bodies were retrieved from the Indus River on Monday morning.

The first body, believed to be that of a thirty-year-old male, was discovered near the Latifabad Dam. Despite efforts by authorities, the deceased’s identity could not be established. Rescue personnel, with the assistance of the Edhi Foundation and local police, promptly transferred the body to the cold storage at Civil Hospital Hyderabad.

In a separate incident, the second body was found near the railway bridge on Khanpur Road. Rescue 1122 managed the recovery and later transferred the body to Kotri Hospital for further proceedings.
