Highly wanted criminal planning the target killing of a police officer from Karachi Kemari arrested

In a significant development for law enforcement agencies, a highly wanted criminal known as Faizullah alias Manager has been arrested today by Site A Police from Haider Chali Pathan Colony in Kemari district. The arrest foiled Faizullah’s alleged plan, which aimed to kill Sub-Inspector Naeem Shah.

During the operation, an accomplice named Sajjad managed to escape from the scene. At the time of arrest, authorities recovered illegal weapons and ammunition from Faizullah.

Earlier intelligence reports by a sensitive agency had indicated Faizullah’s intention to target the police officer, driven by a desire for revenge following his nephew Kashif’s death in a police encounter on August 9, 2025, on Site Area Walika Road.

During further interrogation of Faizullah, it was revealed that he was involved in a robbery on Walika Road two days prior, where he and an accomplice fired shots while fleeing after facing resistance from their victim. This incident is registered under case number 263/26.

Faizullah has been charged with serious crimes, including 14 cases of armed conflict with law enforcement agencies, at various police stations.

His arrest operation was conducted under the supervision of SDPO Site, involving the collaboration of SHO Site A Police Station, Metrovill Check Post Incharge, and their team. A new case has been registered against Faizullah under the Sindh Arms Act, registered as 269/26, while further investigations are ongoing.

A spokesperson for Kemari Police has confirmed these developments, highlighting the ongoing commitment to public safety and the rule of law.
