Several violent incidents occurred in various districts of Karachi today, in which 3 people, including a woman, were injured.
Muhammad Namus Khan’s 28-year-old wife Sana became a victim of a stray bullet near Jamia Masjid Amina in the Gulshan-e-Sikandarabad area. Her wounds required immediate medical attention, and she was later taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC). Jackson Police Station is investigating the incident, which occurred in the Kemari district.
In a separate incident, a young man named Imran, aged 23, was injured by another stray bullet in Lyari. He was taken to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for treatment. This incident falls under the jurisdiction of Kalakot Police Station in the City district, where investigations are also ongoing.
Similarly, Police Constable Muhammad Jamil was shot during an attempted armed robbery near Hashim Goth, Al Jadeed Society. The 29-year-old Jamil was injured at the hands of unknown assailants and is receiving treatment at JPMC. Memon Goth Police Station is investigating to bring the culprits to justice.
