A notable decrease in gold prices was observed in the domestic gold market today, while silver rates increased, with the per tola price of gold dramatically falling by 4,100 rupees to 424,836 rupees.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Bazaar Jewelers Association reported a significant decline in the price of 10 grams of gold, which decreased by 3,515 rupees to reach 364,228 rupees.
Meanwhile, the international market reflected this trend, with the price of gold dropping by 41 dollars to 4,024 dollars per ounce.
In contrast, an upward trend was observed in silver prices. The per tola price of silver increased by 25 rupees to reach 6,349 rupees, while 10 grams of silver gained a price of 22 rupees to reach 5,443 rupees.
Globally, silver prices increased, reaching 58.70 dollars per ounce.
