Police and alleged robbers clash in Fakira Goth and Kati Pahari, Karachi, 4 robbers arrested, including 2 injured

Six suspects have been arrested today as a result of intense exchanges of fire between Karachi police and alleged criminal elements, while several have been injured. These operations, which are part of a broader crackdown against criminal activities, were conducted in various districts of the city, demonstrating the police’s proactive measures against crime.

A confrontation occurred near Fakira Goth close to the Super Highway police station in District East, between law enforcement and alleged robbers. This clash resulted in the arrest of two suspects, Kamran alias Kami, who was injured, and Rasool Bakhsh. Authorities reported that another suspect managed to escape from the scene. During the operation, the police recovered two pistols, assorted ammunition, and three motorcycles. The injured suspect has been transferred to a medical facility for treatment while investigations are ongoing.

Meanwhile, a separate incident occurred at Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan police station in District Central. Here, the police engaged with an alleged car-lifting gang on Main Road Kati Pahari Block Q. This encounter resulted in the arrest of four individuals, two of whom, Muhammad Danish son of Muhammad Iqbal and Akbar son of Muhammad Isa, were injured. The police seized three pistols, multiple bullets, and a high-roof vehicle from these suspects. The injured have been admitted to the hospital while investigations continue to unfold the case further.

These incidents reflect Karachi police’s efforts to maintain public safety, aimed at dismantling criminal networks and reducing potential threats posed by armed groups.
