The Meteorological Department Quetta Regional Center on Sunday issued synoptic situation, stating seasonal low is lying over Balochistan, while moist currents are penetrating from Arabian sea in to the province.
It said that mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most districts of the Balochistan province. Very hot conditions would prevail in Nokkundi, Washuk, Dalbandin, Kharan, Noshki, Sibbi, Naseerabad, Jhal Magsi, Usta Muhammad and surroundings. Partly cloudy weather and rain-wind/ thunderstorm is likely at isolated places in Zhob, Sherani, Loralai, Dukki, Barkhan, Musa Khel, Quetta, Qilla Saifullah, Ziarat, Khuzdar, and surrounding areas. Strong gusty winds are likely in most parts of the province during afternoon/ evening during the next 24 hours.
Weather forecast for next 48 hours: mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most districts of the province while very hot conditions would prevail in Nokkundi, Washuk, Dalbandin, Kharan, Sibbi, Naseerabad, Sohbatpur, Jhal Magsi, Usta Muhammad, Noshki, Panjgur, and surrounding.
Partly cloudy weather will prevail with chances of rain-wind and thunderstorm at isolated places in Barkhan, Musa Khel, Khuzdar, Surab, Kalat and adjoining areas. Strong gusty winds are likely in most parts of the province during afternoon/ evening during the next 48 hours.
