A pile of complaints regarding water shortage in canals and channels at the Chief Minister’s House Complaint Cell

At the Chief Minister Sindh House Complaint Cell today, citizens presented issues related to various departments directly to the Provincial Minister for Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat, and Ushr, Syed Riaz Hussain Shah

Most of the complaints were about the severe shortage of water in canals and channels

The Provincial Minister for Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat, and Ushr, Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, reviewed various issues, but the most troubling was the severe water shortage in canals and channels, as reported by the Chief Minister’s spokesperson.

Riaz Shah Shirazi instructed the Irrigation Department to talk to IRSA to address the water shortage

Riaz Hussain Shah also ordered K Electric, HESCO, and SEPCO to end load shedding in the intense heat

Other issues resolved included municipal services, drainage, education, health, electricity, gas, and revenue-related issues. Complaints related to the departments of Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat, and Ushr were also presented.

The Provincial Minister emphasized the need for immediate action, considering it crucial to ensure effective measures for the speedy redressal of public complaints.
