Aafia Case Hearing in Islamabad High Court Today

The hearing of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui’s release and repatriation case will be held on Monday, September 1st, the first day after the end of the summer court holidays, in the court of Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas. Aafia Movement Pakistan spokesman Muhammad Ayub said that we have filed the case of the nation’s daughter Dr. Aafia Siddiqui not only in earthly courts but also in the heavenly court, before which the courts of the world are accountable. He said that the struggle for the release and repatriation of Dr. Aafia is ongoing on every forum, including domestic and foreign judiciaries.
