Abrogation of art 370 changed Jammu and Kashmir’s relationship with India

Srinagar, August 22, 2020 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a number of political parties on Saturday said that abrogation of Article 370 changed the relationship between Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi. The joint statement signed by the leaders of all major political parties including National Conference, Congress and PDP said their politics will be subservient to the sacred goal of reverting to the status of J and K as it existed on August 4, 2019.

“We are committed to strive for the restoration of Articles 370 and 35A, the Constitution of J and K and the restoration of the State and any division of the State is unacceptable to us. We unanimously reiterate that there can be ‘nothing about us without us’, said Dr. Farooq Abdullah (JKNC), Mehbooba Mufti (JKPDP), GA Mir (JKPCC), M Y Tarigami of CPI (M), Sajad Gani Lone (JKPC) and Muzaffar Shah (JKANC) in the joint statement issued after a marathon meeting in Srinagar today.
