Following a high-level inspection of the dedicated ward established at the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Matiari, where one patient is currently under treatment, ADC Hyderabad has issued strict directives that no negligence will be tolerated in the care of dengue patients.
Additional Deputy Commissioner-II (ADC) Hyderabad Iqra Jannat, during her visit on Monday, closely reviewed the hospital’s cleanliness standards, treatment facilities, and other logistical arrangements. She directed close monitoring of the emerging dengue situation in the district.
At the conclusion of her visit, Iqra Jannat appealed to the public to play their part in disease prevention. She emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness in homes and surrounding areas, eliminating standing water, and taking other precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
