BADIN: Badin district police on Thrusday claimed to have recovered liquor, stolen vehicles, arms in different raids and arrested accused.
SHO Pangrio Inspector Khair Muhammad NAhrio, along with his staff, raided a liquor making den and seized 1160 liters of local liquor. During the operation, the den owner Piyaro Machhi, along with three other drug sellers, Khairo Machhi, Khameesoo Machhi, and Noor Muhammad Machhi, managed to flee.
In an other raid, SHO Tando Ghulam Hyder Inspector Muhammad Yaqoob Jakhrani, with his staff, intercepted a Corolla car during checking and recovered 312 bottles of whisky. Police arrested drug seller Muhammad Haneef Khoso who was riding in the car, while another suspect, Hussain Mazarai, managed to escape.
Separately, SHO Rajo Khanani Inspector Tafail Ahmed Jalalani, with his staff, conducted a raid and arrested a drug seller Osman alias Shahru Chandio with 10 liters of local liquor while SHO Tando Ghulam Ali Inspector Mukhtiar Ahmed Dero, along with his staff, arrested a drug seller Qurban Ali Lund during an operation in Tando Ghulam Ali. The accused who was wanted in drug cases.
SHO Kario Ghanwar Sub Inspector Ailawal Khaskheli, with his staff, conducted an operation in Traye Dhadarko Lank Road, thwarting an attempted crime and arresting two suspects.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Somar Khaskheli and Ghulam Qadir Khaskheli. They were apprehended while standing with crime intentions. Illegal weapons, including a loaded pistol, were recovered from the arrested suspects.
During the interrogation of the arrested suspects, three more stolen motorcycles and two batteries were recovered. The recovered motorcycles were stolen from various cities including Golarchi, Tando Allahyar, and Kario Ghanwar.
Cases have been registered against the arrested suspects, and further investigations were underway.
