On the eve of International Workers’ Day, Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing workers’ rights, technical education, and the overall welfare of laborers in the province. According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Chief Minister Bugti’s message highlighted the historical significance of May 1, recognizing it as a day to honor the sacrifices of the Chicago martyrs of 1886 and to champion the rights of workers globally. He asserted the essential role of workers in the socioeconomic development of the country and outlined his administration’s efforts to address their rights and needs effectively. Bugti stated that the Balochistan government is actively working to ensure fair treatment and equal opportunities for all workers, irrespective of race or color.
