QUETTA:Chief Secretary Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili, has directed all administrative secretaries to convey instructions to all sub-ordinate offices and attached offices to abide by the prescribed rules in all cases, particularly proceeding to leave or undertaking trainings, without seeking approval of the competent authority and if someone is found guilty of violation of rules, he would be dealt with in accordance with law, said a statement issued here on Thursday.
Taking notice of non-compliance by all sub ordinate offices of rules and regulations, especially without any regard to prescribed rule, the sub ordinate officers proceed to leave or undertake trainings without the prior approval of competent authority / administrative Secretary, Chief Secretary Balochistan has directed all administrative secretaries to instruct all sub ordinate departments to abide by the prescribed rules in all cases and if someone is found guilty of violation, he would be dealt with in accordance with law.
