KARACHI: Bank Alfalah said on Wednesday that it has launched the 8th batch of its prestigious Management Trainee Program after a rigorous recruitment process.
According to the bank statement, this year, the bank has selected 27 graduates out of 3,000 applicants who will go through three months of classroom training on key development aspects before being placed in suitable department based on their individual skillsets. A meeting was held on July 18th that was addressed by the President and CEO, Mr. Atif Bajwa.
The CEO and Group Head HR welcomed the Management Trainees to the Bank Alfalah family where they wished them luck with their learning career at Bank Alfalah. Bank Alfalah’s Management Trainee Program is regarded as one of the best in the industry and this claim is upheld given the volume of applications received this year.
