QUETTA:Balochistan High Court (BHC), headed by Justice Jamal Mandokhail, the court’s Chief Justice on a constitutional petition filed by Iqbal Hassan Kasi Advocate ordered on Friday leaders of Balochistan Employees and Workers Grand Alliance to call off the ongoing sit-in.
A divisional bench of the court comprising Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Kamran Malakhail also ordered initiating strict disciplinary action against teachers who remained absent during Matriculation examination. Rahib Buledi advocate and Naseebullah advocate appeared before the court on behalf of petitioner.
