KARACHI:Bilal Hussain and Zahid Ghaffar both scored two goals each to help Media XI recover from 0-4 down to eventually draw the match 5-5 against Veterans XI here at Saturday night at Naya Nazimabad Football Stadium.
The exhibition match was played before the final clash between Sui Southern Gas Company and Civil Aviation Authority in Naya Nazimabad Football Tournament.
Veterans XI was comprised of former national and international players including former international player Nasir Ismail.
Veterans XI scored four quick goals in the first half but thanks to Bilal Hussain of PPI and Zahid Ghaffar, senior sports reporter the team bounced back in the game. Maqsood Ahmed also scored a goal for the side.
