Karachi, Thal Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on June 28, 2022 at Karachi to consider the Annual Budget for the Year 2022-2023.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from June 22, 2022 to June 29, 2022.
Thal Limited was incorporated on January 31, 1966 as a public company limited by shares. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of jute goods, engineering goods, paper sack and laminate sheets.
Operating under the umbrella of the prestigious House of Habib Group, Thal Limited is engaged in six businesses and in the manufacturing of quality products serving a variety of segments.
