SHIKARPUR:A brother shot dead married sister in village Ali Abad Noon near Lakhi within the limits of Rustam Police station on Friday.
According to a report, on the second day of Eid-ul-Fiter, angry brother Zubair Ahmed Noon killed his married sister Azra Noon, aged 30, at home in village Ali Abad Noon near Lakhi. The accused fled after killing his sister.
The deceased was shifted to Taluka Hospital Lakhi for medico-legal formalities. The cause behind the murder was said to be a family matter. No FIR was registered till late Friday.
