Balochistan’s Chief Minister, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, on Wednesday condemned a terrorist incident in the Buleda area that claimed the lives of six individuals, including women and children, while calling upon the province”s tribes to support security forces.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, the chief minister emphasised that all tribal communities in Balochistan should assist their security personnel. He stated that by acting collectively as a nation, the tribes could deliver a powerful message to militants.
‘I often request the people of Balochistan that you too can establish peace in your respective areas,’ Mr Bugti added.
He highlighted a successful instance of this cooperation, noting that tribes in Dera Bugti had effectively restored the law and order situation and secured complete peace in the Baiker area of the district.
‘The foundation of development comes from peace,’ he remarked. ‘Thank God, there is great peace in Bakedar.’
