Islamabad, December 05, 2019 (PPI-OT): Capital Development Authority (CDA) vacated state land from the management of Centaurs Mall Islamabad, who are illegally utilizing the said space for parking after damaging the barbed wire / fence.
On Thursday, during the operation, Enforcement Directorate’s staff with the assistance of District Administration Islamabad, Islamabad Police and Islamabad Traffic Police eliminated this illegal parking in the plot adjacent to Centaurs Mall, while the Centaurs Mall administration has been instructed to refrain by utilizing the space for parking on state land otherwise legal action will be taken.
Earlier, the CDA had abolished this illegal parking but the Centaurs Mall administration had again established the parking in the said site by damaging the barbed wire. After the operation, the relevant CDA department has started work for repair the fence.
Meanwhile, the CDA’s Building Control Directorate on Thursday sealed the three (03) premises in sector F-7 on account of non-conforming use as guest houses were being operated in violation of building bye laws. The premises which were sealed include House No. 10 of street # 35 and House # 3 of Street # 30 of Sector F-7/1. Similarly, house# 45, street # 20 of Sector F-7/2 has also been sealed on account of non-conforming use.
