Islamabad, At the closing session of the Asma Jahangir Conference in Lahore, Chairman Senate Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani emphasized that sustaining democracy is crucial for addressing Pakistan’s national issues.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Gilani advocated for unity among political parties, urging them to set aside differences to advance the country’s progress. He highlighted the necessity of eradicating violence and fostering tolerance to establish a peaceful society.
