LARKANA:Chief Engineer, Sukkur Barrage, Wednesday announced the schedule of the annual closure of all canals for necessary repairs and surveillance Wednesday.
According to the schedule, Dadu and North West and other Canals will remain closed from 6th to 20th January 2021. The flow of water will start receding from 6th January 2021, hence, he has advised the growers of Sukkur Barrage canals to make substitute arrangements during the closure of the canals for irrigating their standing crops through barrage water.
