CM Bugti lifts ban on postings, transfers

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bughti has lifted the ban on all kinds of postings and transfers in the entire province upto BPS-21.

A circular issued by Services and General Administration Department, Balochistan on April 25, 2024 says, “ The Hon’ble Chief Minister Balochistan has been pleased to lift the ban imposed on all kinds of posting/transfer in the entire province upto BPS-21 vide this department’s circular letter of even number dated 13th March, 2024 with immediate effect.”

Meanwhile, an open vourt (Khuli Kachehri) esdn organized in newly established Complaint Office of NAB (B) situated at Deputy Commissioner Office Quetta on Thursday.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan has established a complaint office in the Deputy Commissioner Office Quetta, aiming to provide easy access to the citizens to lodge their complaints and seek assistance.

This initiative is part of NAB’s efforts to create an anti-corruption based environment in the province, where corruption has no

place. First Khuli Kachehri (Open Court) has been held on 25thApril, 2024 at newly established NAB’s Complaint Office situated at DC Office Quetta. Certain number of complainants turned up and they presented their complaints while meeting with the Director General.

DG NAB (Balochistan) received complaints in person from the citizens and issued directions for logical disposal at earliest. The majority of complainants were victims of offence of cheating public at large in the hand of land mafia. The DG NAB assured the citizens that NAB Balochistan is committed to address their complaints and issues on a priority basis with a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and corrupt practices.
