CM offers condolence with family of martyred SSG commando

Larkana: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah offered condolences with the bereaved family members of martyred SSG commando Saeed Ahmed Soomro at his native Koreja village in Shikarpur district.

On the application of the villagers, he also approved a road for the village, a girls primary school, gas connection and also obtained three applications for jobs from the martyred man’s brothers, including Waheed Ali, Naveed Ali and Suhail Ahmed and handed them over to DIGP Larkana Range.

Shah while talking to media on the occasion said that martyred Saeed Ahmed Soomro embraced martyrdom while fighting with the terrorists during encroachment of CTD in Bannu. He said the nation is proud of his sacrifice. He said applications of the villagers will be implemented about a road, gas and girls school.

While answering a question about the recent wave of law and order situation unrest, Shah said that there are some issues of law and order in Shikarpur, Ghotki and some other districts for which we are giving modern weapons and technology to police and head money has also been fixed on notorious bandits. He said that some people get cheated and kidnapped and they should realize the seriousness of the prevailing situation. He said that the police should be informed about such calls and offers.

Talking about the acute shortage of gas and electricity, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Shah said that the previous federal government’s energy policy was inadequate, mistaken and natural resources were not explored. He said that for saving in the energy sector, we have to work on controlling and reducing imports.

Provincial Energy Minister Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh, Nisar Khuhro, Sindh Government Spokesperson Murtaza Wahab and others were also present.
