Collision between rickshaw and motorcycle on Naushahro Feroze Link Road, one person killed, another injured

A passenger has been killed and a motorcyclist injured in a collision between a rickshaw and a motorcycle on Naushahro Feroze Link Road, while authorities are searching for the rickshaw driver who fled the scene.

According to Phull Police Station officials, the traffic accident occurred on Wednesday near Faqir Abdullah Phull village on Naushahro Feroze Link Road. The collision was a head-on crash between a passenger rickshaw and a motorcycle.

Authorities identified the deceased as 49-year-old Ali Asghar Leghari, a resident of Ameer Bakhsh Leghari village, who was traveling as a passenger in the three-wheeler. The injured person was identified as Ghulam Shabbir Shah, a resident of Bhirria Road, who was riding the motorcycle at the time of the incident.

Rescue services shifted the injured motorcyclist to Civil Hospital Naushahro Feroze for medical attention. After the completion of necessary legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his heirs, Farid Leghari and Ghulam Abbas Leghari. Police have confirmed that a formal investigation into the matter is underway, and efforts are ongoing to locate the absconding driver.
