Three people were killed and five women were seriously injured in a collision between a passenger rickshaw and a tractor-trolley near Pehlwan Goth on Sunday afternoon.
The deceased have been identified as Arshad son of Aijaz Mallah and Asad son of Rajab Mallah, grandsons of local elder Wadera Abdul Karim Mallah. The driver of the Qingqi rickshaw, Muhammad Ramzan alias Khakhu son of Urs Mallah, also lost his life in the incident.
After the severe accident, rescue teams immediately shifted the five injured women to the nearby Indus Hospital for medical aid.
Due to severe injuries, three of the injured were referred to a specialized medical center in Hyderabad for further treatment.
This tragic incident has cast a pall of gloom over the area, with community members expressing deep sorrow over the devastating loss of life.
Authorities have confirmed that an investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances of the fatal accident.
