Islamabad, November 25, 2020 (PPI-OT): Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser says the present situation of COVID-19 is alarming and warrants strict adherence to the health advisories and precautionary measures. He was chairing 5th meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Coronavirus in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The Speaker called upon political leadership, intelligentsia, opinion makers and health experts to build a national narrative to make people aware of the disastrous effects of COVID-19. Members of the committee had the consensus that all the political leadership ought to give a unified message to the public to adopt precautions to curtail spread of the corona virus disease.
