Police have launched an investigation after an unidentified body was recovered near Dam Jetty in Winder (Balochistan) on Sunday, while the cause of death and the identity of the deceased remain unknown for now.
Winder police station officials were informed, who conducted initial proceedings at the scene where the body was found.
After an initial investigation at the scene, the remains were shifted via an Edhi ambulance.
The body has been kept at the Edhi Home Sohrab Goth mortuary until formal identification.
