Quetta:Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan has directed all administrative secretaries that data sheet in respect of all departments shall be updated containing the following information; (1) Introduction, history and jurisdiction (2) Responsibilities (3) Achievements (4) Total Budget (Revenue and Development). (5) Number of Government Employees (sanctioned, posted and vacant) (6) Assets. (7) Revenue generation. (8) Development Schemes initiated/ completed/ under construction. (9) Legislations, Acts, rules and regulations. (10) Avenues of domestic and foreign investments. (11) Service delivery. (12) Detail of the service delivery units. (13) Issues (14) way forward.
A handout of Chief Minister’s Secretariat addressed to all Administrative Secretaries says, “The data be compiled by the Services and General Administration Department and submitted to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat with recommendations for any needs, procurements etc., through the office of the Chief Secretary Balochistan. It further says, “Similar information may also be collected from Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners”.
