KARACHI:Defence police on Tuesday claimed that they took anti-encroachment action against illegally established water tankers parking, puncture shops and cabins.
On the directives of Senior House Officer, Defence police station, Sub-Inspector Azam Rajpar, the police party carried out an operation and arrested 10 people who were halting the law enforcers.
Those arrested included Ubaidur Rehman, Muhammad Asif, Luqman, Muhammad Ahsan, Osama, Shehzad, Asif, Roohul Amin, Syed Zaman and Jamshed.
An FIR No 280/2021 has been registered under sections 341 and 34 of Pakistan Penal Code at the Defence police station.
