HARNAI: Naveed-ur-Rehman, Chairman, Harnai Youth Organization (HYO) has called on authorities to post a suitable officer against the vacant position of DEO, Harnai.
Addressing a press conference at Harnai Press Club here on Monday, he added that the post of District Education Officer, Harnai had been vacant due to the promotion of former DEO to the higher rank, but despite lapse of considerable period of time, the post of District Education Officer, Harnai had not yet been filled.
He remarked that although construction work of new Government Girls College, Harnai had been completed yet posting of Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Professors and other staff had not yet been ordered for adjustment. He said that Harnai Youth Organization had always raised its voice for diverting the attention of higher authorities for bringing improvement in the education sector of district Harnai, Balochistan, but no heed had been paid.
He called on authorities to get a suitable officer posted against the vacant position of District Education Officer (DEO), Harnai and issue orders for posting of staff at newly constructed Government Girls College, Harnai.
