QUETTA:Captain (Retd) Jawad Qamar (PSP/BS-19), Deputy Inspector General of Anti-Terrorism, Balochistan has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Additional Inspector General of Police, CTC, according to a notification issued by the office of Central Police Officer, Balochistan on April 22, 2021.
PISHIN INCIDENT: All tents were set ablaze after eruption of fire in Gunj Mandi area of Pishin on Thursday. According to detail, fire erupted at once in Gunj Mandi of Pishin setting ablaze all tents causing loss of millions of rupees. According to eye witnesses, one tent caught fire which soon spread due to strong winds. Dozens of shopkeepers were not able to collect their belongings. Vehicles of fire brigade reached after three hours.
