The city’s network of surveillance cameras conducted more than 300 different surveillance operations in a 24-hour period, indicating a high level of technical vigilance on a daily basis.

The Command and Control Center said on Wednesday that these diverse observations were completed with the help of extensive Safe City cameras installed throughout the area.

A central Command and Control Center is responsible for maintaining constant surveillance, with a focus on suspicious individuals, elements, and unusual behaviors.

In addition to targeted checks of suspicious activities, the system also engages in continuous, routine monitoring as part of its standard operating procedures.
