Shikarpur:District and Session Court Shikarpur Saturday acquitted Pakistan People’s Party’s former MPA Mir Babal Khan Bhayo in a fake degree case.
The court in its judgment declared him as able for participation in elections. While speaking with media persons at the court, Bhayo said that with the grace of Almighty Allah, he had proved himself not guilty in the fake degree case and had been allowed by the court for participation in the elections.
He said he would also prove his self-worthy as not guilty in ongoing case of NAB which is political victimization by his opponents and he was suffering from jail custody since last 25 months.
