A consignment of double-decker buses has arrived at the city’s port, and the Sindh government has expressed its commitment to integrate them into the public transit system in the near future.
This development was confirmed on Monday, by Sindh’s Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, who stated that these magnificent vehicles have been successfully delivered.
In his statement, Minister Memon mentioned that the responsibility for operating the new fleet has been entrusted to the Transport Department, Government of Sindh.
The Senior Minister expressed hope that the buses will soon commence service for commuters, and their swift deployment on the city’s roads is anticipated.
