Mirpurkhas’s Anti-Terrorism Court has declared five nominated police officers and personnel as proclaimed offenders during the hearing of the case regarding the death of Umerkot resident Dr. Shahnawaz Kumbhar in police custody.
In the court proceedings on Tuesday, the current status of the 23 individuals nominated in this high-profile case was informed. It was stated that a significant number of the accused, which is 12, are currently on interim bail.
During the hearing, six arrested accused were presented before the court to continue the legal proceedings.
