Eight kidnapped during a week in Shikarpur dist; two today

SHIKARPUR: Bandits kidnapped two youngsters from the jurisdiction of Naparkot police station on late Tuesday night. Now the number of kidnapped persons in district Shikarpur in a week period has reached eight, exposing the rule of law in the district.

 

According to a report, the two youngsters, who were labourers, were returning back to their village Moro Marri after performing labor work at Karampur when a group of unidentified armed men kidnapped them on gunpoint on Link road and took them away towards katcha area of Naparkot.

 

Some two days back, four youngsters, Usama Sethar, Wajid Sethar, Imran Golo and Abid Ali Golo, were also kidnapped by some unidentified bandits near Dargah of Kanwar Shaheed situated in Khanpur city. The police could still not recover them.

 

Similarly, two other persons, Abdul Majeed Sarki and Sonharo Pahore, were kidnapped a week back from the jurisdiction of Rustam police station. There is no clued to their whereabouts as yet.
