LARKANA:Eight members of a family, including four children, fainted after drinking poisonous curd in Kalhora village near Wagan town on Wednesday.
Eight members of a family took poisonous curd in Kalhora village near Wagan town following they fainted. They include Abdul Hamid Mugheri, Mansoor Mugheri, Abdul Nabi Mugheri, 19, Abdul Wahab Mugheri, 8-year Rizwana, 9-year Rani, 14-year Shabana and 6-year Suhana. They were rushed to Chandka Medical College Hospital (CMCH) for treatment. Three children were referred to CMCH Paeds Medicine Department after their condition deteriorated.
The villagers said that they drank the curd in the noon in which some poisonous thing might have fallen.
