The head of Pakistan Sunni Tehreek has accused Israel of initiating new conspiracies against Palestinians, calling the alleged move to end diplomatic immunity for refugees a “blatant violation of human rights.”
In a statement on Wednesday, Engineer Muhammad Sarwat Ejaz Qadri emphasized that this action is a systematic effort to make Palestinian refugees more insecure, which he said further exacerbates decades of oppression, injustice, and state terrorism.
Qadri claimed that this move is against international laws, the United Nations Charter, and global human rights codes. He also maintained that Palestinians are being deprived of basic facilities.
The Chairman said that Israel wants to deceive the world and deprive the Palestinian people of their fundamental rights, adding that he believes that “tyranny never lasts long.”
He urged the international community, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and the United Nations to take immediate notice of this serious matter and provide full diplomatic and legal protection to Palestinian refugees.
Qadri reiterated that Pakistan Sunni Tehreek expresses full solidarity with the Palestinian people and will continue to raise its voice for them at every forum.
He finally urged the entire Muslim world to unite on the Palestine issue, setting aside their differences, and take “effective and practical measures against Israeli aggression.”
