A man allegedly shot and killed his daughter and nephew in what authorities suspect is an “honor killing” in Quetta’s Qambrani Road area on Wednesday.
Police reportED that Abdul Latif opened fire on his daughter, Nazanin, and nephew, Ghulam Qadir, allegedly due to suspicions of an illicit relationship. Latif fled the scene following the shooting. The victims’ remains were transported to Sandeman Provincial Hospital for medico-legal procedures before being released to their families.
The Sariab Police Station has started an investigation into the the murders. No arrest could be reported till filing this report.
