LAYYAH:A man shot and injured her young daughter on Tuesday for marrying a man of her free will in Layyah.
According to police, an irate man opened fire on her young daughter, Aswa Rani, for marrying a man of her free will in Layyah. As a result, she received serious injuries and was rushed to the THQ Hospital in the Fatehpur area of Layyah.
Aswa Rani’s father had a grudge after she had married a man of her choice, namely Ameen, about a year ago. Fatehpur police have started an inquiry into the incident.
