Karachi, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi met with Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori at Governor House to discuss security, law enforcement, and other mutual concerns. Their meeting emphasized collaborative efforts to enhance peace and order in the region.



According to Sindh Governor House, the discussions between Naqvi and Tesori covered the role of security agencies in maintaining stability and the joint commitment of federal and provincial governments to combat crime effectively. Governor Tesori noted the alignment between the two government levels in addressing these challenges and praised the efforts of Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in particular.



During his visit, Minister Naqvi also toured the IT marquee at Governor House, where he interacted with students and commended the IT educational initiatives, acknowledging their potential to boost Pakistan’s economy. He highlighted the importance of information technology development in the country, which he felt had been neglected previously. The Minister expressed his support for these programs, suggesting they could significantly propel national development.



Additionally, Naqvi inspected welfare activities, including the distribution of ration bags, and praised the quality and execution of these initiatives. He affirmed that such efforts by Governor Tesori were commendable and underscored the importance of welfare in governance.
