THATTA: Dhabeji police on Thursday claimed to have captured four Iranian oil suppliers and seized illegally supplied petrol and a vehicle from their possession.
According to SSP Thatta Office report, a police team of Dhabeji raided an Iranian oil depot in front of Soomra Pump inside National Highway, arrested four accused and seized 1,000 liters of petrol, 800 liters of diesel, and a Suzuki pick-up from their possession.
The suppliers of Iranian oil were identified as Sharafat Ali son of Zahoor Ahmed Rajput, Sanaullah son of Habibullah Jokhio, Sadiq son of Azizullah Pathan, and Suleman son of Mandil Rahmoon. The raid followed orders from SSP Thatta.
The accused has been sent to polcie lockup. A case has been registered against the accused at Dhabeji Police Station, with further investigation ongoing.
