Governor Punjab and University Chancellor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has appointed two new deans at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore. Prof. Dr. Saima will lead the Faculty of Animal Production and Technology (FAPT), while Prof. Dr. Rana Muhammad Ayyub will head the Faculty of Life Sciences Business Management (FLSBM). Both appointments are for three-year terms.
UVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus congratulated the newly appointed deans. He praised their extensive academic experience and contributions to their respective disciplines. He highlighted Prof. Dr. Saima”s achievement as the first female professor at UVAS to be appointed dean twice. He also acknowledged Prof. Dr. Ayyub”s reputation as a leading expert in economics and business administration.
