Finance Minister Asad Umar says the incumbent government has taken various difficult decisions in the larger interest of the country.
Addressing a ceremony at Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi by video link from Islamabad, he said work on National Finance Commission has also been started.
Asad Umar rejected that the issue of exchange rate level was discussed with IMF.
The Finance Minister said new employment opportunities will not produce if we would not extend our market capitalization.
He said steps are being taken for promotion of ease of doing business in the country.
Asad Umar said the government is aware about the economic problems and steps have already been taken for sustainable economic development of the country.
