According to an official report today, the Interior Minister’s firm stance was articulated during a surprise visit to Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore. Present at the inspection, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Chaudhry Salik Hussain reinforced the new measures. He directed officials that the verification of employment documents for all passengers travelling under the Protector of Emigrants system must be carried out at all costs.
