In Naushahro Feroze on Tuesday, two youths were allegedly tortured by dacoits for chasing them, while in another incident of violence, several people were injured over a community dispute, one of whom is in critical condition.
The victims of the robbery have been identified as Gul Zaman Laghari of village Laghari Bijarani and his friend, who were severely tortured by the attackers. Speaking from the hospital, the injured Laghari stated that the suspects caught and tortured them for chasing them after being robbed. He has appealed to the police to provide justice and recover his looted belongings.
In a separate incident, a severe clash occurred between two groups of the Abro community in Dars town. The dispute, which took place within the limits of Dars police station, escalated to the point where both parties attacked each other’s homes.
As a result of this brawl, several people were injured. According to police officials, one of the injured, Abdul Khaliq Abro, is in a critical condition after the clash and has been transferred to Nawabshah Hospital for immediate medical attention.
